Together with the Flexia microscope, the optical probe (mounted on its lens) delivers high-resolution images of solder balls. With a foot print of only 0.75 x 6 mm, it can reach down for inspection on densely packed boards and offer a 50 microns stand-off.The stainless steel prism housing protects the optics from accidental damages.
The small size optical probe can be ordered as a replacement part in case of original probe is damaged.
