World's Smallest BGA Probe

With the smallest foot print, of only 0.4 x 3.4 mm, currently in the market, it can reach down for inspection on densely packed boards and offer a 40 microns stand off. Ultra Small Size BGA proble needs only 0.8mm free space to produce a bright image of the solder bumps underneath BGA uBGA or CSP packages.

This lens snaps simply onto the Flexia Defenition microscope. In addition to BGA inspection, this lens can also be used for side viewing solder paste, flux mixtures, wetting and allows inspection of any component. The built-in, high-intensity and long-life LEDs provide adequate cold illumination without need of external light source.

Optilia BGA lenses and Optical Probes are constructed using ESD-protected metallic housing and precision optics with mechanical shock protection.
