Ultra Small Size Optical Probe

With the smallest foot print, of only 0.4 x 3.4 mm, currently in the market, it can reach down for inspection on densely packed boards and offer a 40 microns stand off. Ultra Small Size BGA proble needs only 0.8mm free space to produce a bright image of the solder bumps underneath BGA uBGA or CSP packages.

The optical probe can be ordered as a replacement part in case of original probe is damaged.
